Prices for all models are based in part on your governing building code requirements for:
- Snow load
- Wind load
- Use category
- Steel building site exposure conditions
- Seismic zone (if applicable)
- Freight to your steel building site
- Your steel building specifications and design requirements
- Your foundation connection preference

Delivery Options
We can ship most steel building kits within weeks from the time the order is placed. We will gladly ship your order to you, wherever you are located. We recommend you have some assistance available to unload your steel building from the truck on arrival.
Warranties
Manufacturer’s Warranty shall warrant the following:
- All steel buildings are designed in accordance with the local governing building code to withstand the published wind and snow loadings, building use and exposure conditions when provided by the buyer to the manufacturer.
- All materials will be free of defect in material and workmanship.
Payment Options
We accept most major credit cards, cheque, money order, cash, or a combination there-of. We ask that a deposit is paid when you sign your agreement, and then pay the balance upon delivery of your steel building.
